The Invasion

The Invasion movie cover art-spacer-THE INVASION

Nichole Kidman does great as the lead in this thriller film involving a virus strain from outer space that converts humans into zombie-humans.

THE GOOD

NK acts perfectly. Nobody is coming near her child when she has the gun- not even human zombies.

They got a cool kid to play as her son. He did relatively well. And they had cool cell phones.

THE BAD

They should have SERIOUSLY fired their design team and redone that cover art. It is the ugliest thing I’ve seen. It repulsed me so much I almost didn’t get it. Nicole Kidman almost looks like a man, and it looks like they’re standing in Hell.

THE REST

This was Nicole Kidman’s version of Jodie Foster’s Flightplan. Both of them were in the exact same situation: they wanted to save their child. Except instead of terrorists, these are human zombies. And it had Roger Rees (’Gluant’s restuarants were a diz-oss-tah.’).

Hah, Flightplan was way better. Not that I’ve ever SEEN The Invasion… ;-)

It’s so hard to decide between the two. I have to see Flightplan again. They’re so similar
