Stephenie Meyer Cast in Twilight Movie

Just read an article about good old Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight. Since those books seem to be the hot topic on this site right now, thought you might want to know that Stephenie herself just shot a cameo role in the movie.
(I think I just heard some girls scream).
Her scene has been reported as in the coffee shop. There is no coffee shop in chapter 1, which is as far as I have gotten, so I can’t attest to where in the book it is. She orders some vegetarian food. This must have special meaning to the Twilighters. Maybe I’ll discover it’s secret in chapter 2? Or would anyone care to explain (once you stop screaming wildly).
The movie director has already said she is expecting to hear quite a lot of screaming from the theater seats when the Twilight fans see Stephenie. And, she is quick to note, Stephenie appears in a relatively quiet scene. I would love to see the reaction from people who don’t recognize Stephenie when a sudden explosion of screams erupts behind them.
Stephenie will (most likely) be playing herself. And will most likely be more popular than the cast themselves. Wouldn’t it be odd to walk through a scene in a novel you wrote? Goes to prove authors can be actors too.

there is no cofee shop in the book. not 1, 2, or 3. so we don’t exactly get it. wait a minute, there’s no screaming! that might be cause we’re all confused (all meaning, like hardly anyone who read this article, and if we’re the only ones then that means no one cares)

The scene was added. It actually doesnt take place in the books. Theyre doing alot of adding and taking away for the movie. *sad face*

Well, not /everything/ was changed. One of the producers said in a recent interview that this script is the the closest adaptation he’s ever seen of book-to-film.
And anyway, from alot of the clips being released we can see that alot of the stuff we thought they were cutting is still in he movie!! *squeal*

Hello! I got an explanation from other fans who’s name’s I can’t remember over at some Live Journal community or another!
They added a Cafe scene in which to showcase the relationship between Bella and Charlie, it was totally added in, there is no mention of such a place in the books
That said, I don’t mind the adding of scenes at all, the deletion…now that is frighting.

Okk i have finished all the boooks in the series 5 times and i just can’t wait for the 4th to come OUT! Jacob is probably my fave but i feel so sad when edward marries bella and turns into a vampire instead of going with jacob! =( I seriously cried myself to sleep!!

Bella doesn’t marry Edward in Eclipse or turn into a vampire!!! She gets engaged and Edward says ONCE they are married he, himself will turn her into a vampire instead of Carisile but nothing else has happened yet (sorry for ppl who haven’t read eclipse yet but don’t get 2 excited) PS i cant wait 4 the movi and breaking dawn 2 come out!!!!!!!!!!! I cant Belive STEPHENIE MEYERS is going to be in the book!! YAY!!!
