New Song for April

April 16th, 2008 by --KALEB NATION--

I formed the concept of this song many months ago, and some of my friends who have been reading since last year may recognize this theme. However, I never had the time to really put much more work into it.

This week, I accidentally dug it up from one of my buried computer folders and had to finish the track. This one is not a movie score or a soundtrack: it would be more on the lines of a Cascada or a Shiny Toy Guns attempt than anything else.

Along those same lines, I wish I knew someone who could sing very well and lived very close. I really think that if I had a vocalist we could make some great music. In the same folder, I also found another electronic-influenced track that was almost finished. If you like this one I’ll touch the other up as well and post it.

Hi! I’m one of those “crazy Twilight-fans” who’s happened to come across your site, but I’m also very big on music. I like your small music blog-posts a lot, and I’ve found a couple of new songs I really like. But this one… It’s not the kind of music I usually listen to, but I really like the sound of it! Also, regarding your quest for the Summer Song this year - this one definitely has the sound of summer! :) Great job!

Hey! I’m loving this, and it’s great to know a guy who’s very open about Twilight. Hope you love the book, and YES, it is very well written. Well, I probably don’t live close to you (I live on the east coast…no idea where you live ^^;) but I’d love to attempt to sing whatever lyrics you have for this song. If you don’t, tell me what your thoughts for it are, because I always write music and could do it for you. (The site I’m working on, Breaking the Sky, is going to be a poetry/lyrics section on my part once it’s finished) I love techno or alterna-rock music ^^ So yeh, just email me if you have em!

    Byeeee~
